Dual use school/community sports facility making consistent profits

Impington Sports Centre is a dual use facility on the northern fringe of Cambridge.  This dual use facility has gone through a major refurbishment programme 2 years ago and now competes in a competitive fitness market.

The Centre has made a surplus net profit in 10 out of the last 11 financial years.  Since the new facilities opened the Centre has made a net profit increase of 48% and increased turnover by 100%.

Ian Hill is the Centre Manager of Impington Sports Centre.  He is an experienced leisure professional with 30 years experience in the industry

The presentation will detail how this business has progressed to the success it is today.
