Tynemouth Cricket Club transformed itself within 5 years both as a club, facility and its central role in the local community. Share some of the innovative approaches club officials undertook and the central role of volunteers in that transformation and the lessons learnt from those experiences. This presentation will provide practical help and ideas on several levels that relate to all kinds of clubs and sports.

Russell Perry has 25 years experience in Sports Administration, Management and Coaching. He is Chairman of Northumberland County Board, Tynemouth CC and a Director of The Cricket Foundation.
